Ordering

How do I place an order?

Select the product you would like, click add to cart or click buy now, then enter your payment and shipping information in Shopify Payments' secure server.  You will receive email and/or SMS notifications about the status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

The quickest way to cancel/edit/modify your order information is to use the buttons and links provided in the Order Confirmation email you were sent from us.  

You can also create/sign in to your account with your email address used for the orders. 
To do so, click the My Account button in the top right hand corner of the Indiana Face Mask website.

If none of these options work, please contact us with your: email, order number, and any other relevant information so we can best assist you.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Shipping

UPS 3 Day Select, UPS SurePost (2-5 business days), and UPS Ground are available, depending on destination address.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

All orders are typically processed and sent within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Do you ship overseas?

Please contact us before placing an overseas order.
