Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Free UPS Ground or UPS SurePost (2-5 business days) shipping offered on orders over $100!

We offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS SurePost (2-5 business days), and UPS Ground!

Please contact us for bulk international orders.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipments will be sent through UPS within 1-3 business days after the order is processed and confirmed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Select the product you would like, click add to cart or click buy now, then enter your payment and shipping information in Shopify Payments' secure server.  You will receive email and/or SMS notifications about the status of your order.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, but creating an account helps you track your orders.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Please email ContactUs@ifmasks.com to cancel, change, or request a return for an order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
