Shipping FAQ

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipments will typically be sent within 1-3 business days after the order is processed and confirmed.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping rates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We currently offer a flat rate of $7.95 for UPS Ground to the USA.

We offer free shipping for any order which totals over $100 at checkout!

UPS 3 Day Select, UPS SurePost (2-5 business days), and UPS Ground available depending on destination address!  


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Elo, & Shop Pay.

All transactions are securely handled by Shopify Payments!



Is buying online safe?

Yes, we use Shopify Payments, one of the most trusted and widely used payment processors online!

 

Orders and Returns

 

How do I place an order?


Select the product you would like, click add to cart or click buy now, then enter your payment and shipping information in Shopify Payments' secure server.  You will receive email and/or SMS notifications about the status of your order.



Do I need an account to order?


No, but creating an account helps you track your orders.

How can I cancel/edit my order?


The quickest way to cancel/edit/modify your order information is to use the buttons and links provided in the Order Confirmation email you were sent from us.  

You can also create/sign in to your account with your email address used for the orders. 

To do so, click the My Account button in the top right hand corner of the Indiana Face Mask website.

If none of these options work, please let us know your: email, order number, and any other relevant information so we can best assist you.
