Shipment processing time
All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipments will typically be sent within 1-3 business days after the order is processed and confirmed.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer a flat rate of $7.95 for UPS Ground to the USA for orders over $25 at checkout.
We offer free shipping for any order which totals over $100 at checkout!
UPS 3 Day Select, UPS SurePost (2-5 business days), and UPS Ground available depending on destination address!
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
